Looking for a plant-based milk that’s creamy, packed with nutrients, and comes together in under 5 minutes? This homemade hemp milk recipe is the answer! Made with organic hemp hearts and a splash of vanilla, it’s a delicious, no-strain alternative to almond or oat milk that’s perfect for smoothies, coffee, or simply sipping on its own.
Hemp milk is one of my favorite dairy-free milks to make at home. Not only does it require zero soaking and zero straining, but it’s also loaded with omega-3s, protein, and minerals that support overall wellness. Plus, it’s naturally nutty and pairs beautifully with everything from overnight oats to golden lattes.
