Homemade Hemp Milk Recipe

Made with organic hemp hearts and a splash of vanilla, it’s a delicious, no-strain alternative to almond or oat milk that’s perfect for smoothies, coffee, or simply sipping on its own.

organic hemp hearts

filtered water

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add hemp hearts, water, vanilla, and optional maple syrup + sea salt to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, until completely smooth.
Pour into a glass jar or bottle. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use.
Notes
No need to strain—hemp hearts blend silky smooth.
Want chocolate milk? Add 1 tsp cocoa powder before blending.
For extra creaminess, use 2½ cups water instead of 3.
