Homemade Hemp Milk Recipe

Made with organic hemp hearts and a splash of vanilla, it’s a delicious, no-strain alternative to almond or oat milk that’s perfect for smoothies, coffee, or simply sipping on its own.

Equipment

  • High speed blender
  • Fine mesh strainer optional

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic hemp hearts
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add hemp hearts, water, vanilla, and optional maple syrup + sea salt to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass jar or bottle. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use.

Notes

  • No need to strain—hemp hearts blend silky smooth.
  • Want chocolate milk? Add 1 tsp cocoa powder before blending.
  • For extra creaminess, use 2½ cups water instead of 3.
