Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease or line a loaf pan.
In a large bowl mash the bananas until smooth.
Add melted butter, cinnamon, allulose, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
Stir in vanilla extract, eggs, and Greek yogurt until smooth and combined.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts if using.
Pour into your loaf pan and top with extra chocolate or nuts.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
