In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, olive oil and mint.
Stir the drained cucumber into the yogurt mixture until fully combined.
Add salt to taste. Adjust lemon or garlic if needed.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
